The STEM Faculty Development Collaboratory (SFDC) recognizes the many phases of faculty careers that have evolving needs, numerous roles adopted, and efforts across the roles of teaching, researcher, leadership, service while maintaining well-being. The SFDC is committed to seeing faculty succeed in STEM fields holistically.

It is the mission of SFDC to contribute to the body of faculty professional development research, to connect those who seek and provide guidance, and to build a research and practice community centered on holistic faculty professional development for those in STEM fields.
